Sucede que cuando llueve pareciera aflorar todo el odio y prepotencia de los conductores… son pocos los que disminuyen la velocidad al ver peatones cerca de las orillas…

Y con el maravilloso estado de las calles de la capital, es muy fácil encontrar lugares donde se forman verdaderas lagunas por donde automovilistas sin ningún pudor ni reparo, pasan a toda velocidad forman olas que fácilmente pueden llegar a los 2 metros de altura y avanzar hasta 7 metros de su origen…
